Digital Products

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital products (policy templates, workbooks, training materials) for your internal business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share these materials in their original or modified form. All intellectual property rights in our digital products remain with EasySecure IT LLC.

vCISO Services

Fractional vCISO services are governed by a separate service agreement signed at the time of engagement. These Terms of Service apply to your general use of the website and to the purchase of subscription service tiers. Specific deliverables, scope, and service level expectations will be detailed in your individual service agreement.

Payment and Refunds

Digital product purchases are final and non-refundable given the immediate delivery of digital content. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days at hello@easysecureit.com and we will work to resolve the issue. For monthly service subscriptions, you may cancel at any time effective at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing month.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital products and advisory services are provided for informational and operational support purposes. EasySecure IT is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our compliance templates and vCISO services are designed to support your security program but do not guarantee regulatory compliance or audit outcomes. You are responsible for engaging qualified legal counsel for any legal determinations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasySecure IT LLC's total liability arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law
